Curriculum Design is the core educational experience that fuels beliefs and an understanding of the educational environment. It is essential that curriculum is designed with the students culture and identify at the forefront if we are to impact the trajectory of their lives.

The Other Grammys intimately understands the relationship between equity and identity politics. We firmly understand that utilizing research based strategies that prompt all stakeholders to understand who students are culturally facilitates and creates an environment that produces academic and social growth. We are also fully vested in utilizing tools that are specific to the needs and demographics of each individual student and the communities they originate from. ​

 

Approach:

We will create a plan that integrates the voices of all stakeholders that support an environment that is equitable and inclusive of multiple perspectives. The plan will be driven by clear objectives that support a specified goal.
