The Other Grammys, LLC is a consulting agency dedicated to creating a learning environment that promotes equity and transforms the trajectory of students and family lives. Headquartered in the Southside of Chicago, our approach will be to collaborate with communities to ensure that the strategic plan is inclusive of multiple voices that bring to fruition a specified mission.
Our Story
Equity consideration in education can be difficult to address because they often relate to historical and long-standing structural systems of inequality, which can be difficult to dismantle. The Other Grammys, LLC will utilize research based strategies to address issues of inclusion. We will support all stakeholders to deconstruct students needs and create tools and frameworks that support their academic and socio-emotional growth.
The mission of The Other Grammys, LLC is to work with specified stakeholders in creating, supporting and implementing services that create an environment that promotes equity and transforms the trajectory of students and families lives. We use data and the demographics of students to create an equitable learning environment that facilitates students academic and social emotional growth.
